Standard Shipping within the U.S.
Enjoy fast and secure ground shipping. 

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing.
  • Shipping Time: Generally, shipping takes between 3 and 10 business days. Ensure you are shipping to a safe location, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. 🚫
  • Shipping Address: You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to shipping costs. 

3-Day Fast Shipping 🌟

Need your order quickly? You can upgrade to 3-day shipping for a flat fee of $15.

  • Items ordered before 12 PM will ship the same business day, and you will receive them within three business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the next business day.
  • Please note that delivery times do not include weekends, and there may be additional delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS exceptions beyond our control. ❄️

Processing Time ⏰

Orders are processed quickly and will ship from our warehouse in Chicago within 3 to 5 business days (unless otherwise noted in your item description). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has shipped. 📧

Remember that you are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when placing your order. Please note that delivery times do not include delays due to major holidays, and holidays may cause slight delays in package delivery. 📦

Returns and Exchanges 🔄

We are here to help! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date.

  • Conditions: Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Returns are valid for store credit within AC.STORE only. And the best part is, store credit never expires! 💳🌈
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are available for items at the same price. If the item you want to exchange is more expensive, the customer will need to pay the difference.
  • Restocking Fees: Restocking and shipping fees will be deducted from store credit if return protection is not purchased. 🛡️
